1. Commitment

ParkRequest is committed to improving access to our parking permit platform for residents, managers, guards, vendors, and administrators. We aim to provide an experience that works across modern browsers, mobile devices, and assistive technologies where reasonably possible.

2. Current accessibility efforts

• Using semantic HTML structure for core content and forms.
• Maintaining keyboard-accessible navigation for primary workflows where supported by the current interface.
• Providing visible labels for core form inputs and account workflows.
• Continuing to review contrast, focus handling, and screen-reader behavior as features evolve.

3. Known limitations

Some older administrative screens and interactive map/reporting workflows may not yet provide a fully optimized assistive-technology experience. We are treating accessibility improvements as an ongoing engineering and product responsibility.
