- Right to delete: You may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational retention exceptions.
- Right to correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
3. How to submit a request
You may submit privacy requests by emailing [email protected]. To protect account security, we may require verification before fulfilling a request.
4. Sale or sharing of personal information
ParkRequest does not sell personal information for money and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current production deployment.
5. Agents and authorized representatives
If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and may still need to verify the identity of the account holder before processing the request.
